Extended Services

Before and After School Club

Moat Hall Primary School offers before and after school childcare from 07:30 a.m. - 08:30 a.m and 15:20 p.m - 18.00 p.m. to support our working families. The service is managed by members of the school staff. There are two rooms with age appropriate games and activities and children also have access to the ICT and outside areas. Children can have breakfast in the morning if you wish and will be offered a drink and a snack during the after school club. Your child will be registered at Extended Services and escorted to and from there to their classroom at the start and end of school. If someone different is collecting your child from Extended Services, please telephone the school office and let us know.

Please note that we cannot guarantee your child a place unless a pre-booking has been completed as numbers are limited according to staff ratios. You will be required to pay on our school Arbor App or by voucher.  A late collection fee will be charged if your child is not collected at the end of their session time.

We would ask that you park in the visitor car park ONLY when dropping off and collecting children.

Breakfast Club - To include breakfast (Choice of cereal, toast, squash, water) £6.00

Afterschool Wrap round - Session 1 - 3.20-4.15pm £7.00

Session 2 - 3.20-6.00pm £9.50

Late booking charge - For same day booking (paid in addition to session) £2.00

Non-booking charge - For non-bookings or walk-ins (paid in addition to session) £2.00

Late collection fee - For pupils collected after their specified time £4.00

Late payment fee - For payment not cleared within 1 week £5.00
